The location provides easy access to the beach. The nearby mall offers various shopping options. The front desk staff kindly upgraded my room upon arrival. The room was spacious with an amazing view. The lobby features beautiful flowers. The hotel also provides direct beach access, so I did not need to pay extra. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi have temperature control, a plus for families.

The staff provided very good service with smiles, showing a commitment to guest satisfaction. Irene and her colleagues particularly stood out. The reception staff were helpful and cute. They swiftly arranged taxis .

the hotel's location is quite convenient. i found it easy to access nearby attractions. the room offered ample space. the breakfast selection included many choices.
housekeeping service looked inconsistent . i had to request room cleaning on multiple occasions. the reception staff seemed sometimes inattentive. i felt they did not always acknowledge guests promptly.

my room was a beautiful king room sea view. the view of the sea was a nice treat each morning. housekeeping kept the room very clean and also provided many large towels. i found the hot water to be plentiful in the bathroom.

I spent four nights at this upscale hotel. The location was great because it was a short walk to two big malls. Staff kindness were amazing. I also liked free access to the private beach, it was opposite the hotel.
I barely slept due to the noise in the next room. I did complain about it, but it did not stop.

The reception team members were cute and professional. Dilbar was attentive. Omana and Usmon created a cute atmosphere . All staff members were helpful and friendly.

i found our beautiful king room sea view quite really good. the spaciousness met my needs well , as did the perfect cleanliness. the sea view was striking , a constant reminder of the beauty surrounding us. i had a very pleasant experience.
the telephone in my room was not fully functional. the reception and guest services buttons did not work. i could not easily contact the front desk for assistance.
